Tallinn: The Assembly

The game includes twelve small figures in red, yellow, and blue, with four figures per color. When a contest is triggered, the player may take a figure from the supply after resolving the contests, provided it does not match the faction involved. Figures have no effect during play, but each counts as an additional symbol for its matching faction during the final faction-row contests.
