Terror on the Constantinople

A Baltic Sea ferry traveling between Saint Petersburg and Copenhagen has been hijacked by terrorists. Players take the roles of BlackEagle operatives sent to recover sensitive information before the hijackers reach it, while weighing the consequences of their actions for the hostages.
