The Basilisk

A mid-level fantasy roleplaying adventure for 4–6 characters of levels 6–8. The party is asked to find a missing alchemist and his fiancée, who disappeared while searching the forested foothills for an ancient wizard’s tower linked to petrification. Their wedding is only days away, and the alchemist’s family connections add further urgency. The investigation leads to Stoney Tower, where a petrifying wizard, dangerous creatures, and other guardians await. The adventure is designed as a one-shot compatible with OSR systems and modern 5E, and includes black-and-white adventure material alongside a separate colour map booklet.
