The Bureau

A catastrophic incursion has breached a government facility devoted to controlling the paranatural. As the Monolith collapses and the Shadow spreads, a group of agents must descend through the Bureau’s Administration, Maintenance, Research, and Containment levels to uncover its source and stop the Director. This dungeon crawl for Liminal Horror features 66 keyed rooms, branching routes, factions, custom character creation, operational backgrounds, dangerous Resonant Artifacts, and Fallout effects that change the characters. It supports one-shots, campaigns, and funnel play, with optional bosses, a final depth crawl, random searches, and guidance for adapting the adventure to other horror systems.
