The City of Glass

An adventure module set in a fantastical metropolis beneath an unbreakable glass dome on the Elemental Plane of Water. The city serves as a crossroads for aquatic and aerial beings, planar travel, magic, diplomacy, and intrigue. Players explore eight districts, investigate mysteries, negotiate with factions, pursue quests, and face encounters ranging from magical mishaps and diplomatic tensions to dangerous expeditions beyond the city. Locations include embassy islands, a magical academy, crystal markets, and the perilous Abyssal Frontier, with artifacts, festivals, hidden portals, and interplanar conspiracies shaping the campaign.
