The Crypt of Atan-Thu (OSRIC)

An OSR adventure for 4–6 characters of levels 6–8, set in the crypt of a long-dead necromancer whose tomb lies hidden in the Dhar Voromal Mountains. Players explore three dungeon levels containing more than 80 locations, uncover treasure and powerful artifacts, solve riddles, and face traps, undead guardians, and new monsters. The adventure includes maps, encounter details, nine new monsters, nine new magic items, six pre-generated characters, and an optional Horror and Madness mechanic. It can be played as a self-contained scenario or incorporated into an existing OSRIC campaign.
