The Jinni

A monstrous character class rooted in mythological jinni, formed from smokeless fire and able to change shape and command the winds. Its different types determine strengths such as physical toughness or aptitude with various forms of magic rather than classical elements. The class is immune to mundane smoke and fire, but magical flames can still cause harm, while iron is especially dangerous and deals increased damage. As it advances, it can gain abilities including curses, invisibility, increased size and strength, inner fire, illusions, flight, and long-distance teleportation.
