This deck revisits a journey through Mirkwood in a more dangerous Nightmare Mode, adding deadlier enemies, darker locations, and new surprises to the original scenario. It contains 20 alternate encounter cards, along with a Nightmare Mode setup card that explains which original cards to remove and an additional rules card. These components reshape the matching encounter deck and alter the scenario with new challenges.
