The Lost Temple of Mithras

This adventure takes the players into an underground temple dedicated to Mithras, the mystery god worshiped throughout the Roman Empire. It can be played as a one-shot or included in an ongoing campaign. Exploration focuses on deciphering ancient texts, solving puzzles, and overcoming the temple’s initiation challenges. At least one character should have Academics, Religion, or Occult, while Linguistics, Codes, and Deciphering are also useful. Those who succeed may receive the light of truth from Mithras, while the contents of the massive stone doors are left for the Game Master to determine.
