The Mad Wench Maelgatryx

This NPC supplement presents a voodoo-practicing tiefling witch and proprietor of the Rotgut Cauldron, designed for use as a villain in fantasy campaigns, especially Coliseum Morpheuon. It includes background, motivations, secrets, dreams, and complete statistics for low-, mid-, and high-level play, along with her cacodaemon familiar. The book also provides new feats, a witch patron, magic items, spells, a rune-carved creature template, and variant tiefling rules.
