The Marklands

Set after the Greyhawk Wars, the game depicts the threatened kingdoms of Furyondy and Nyrond, along with Highfolk and the Vesve Forest, as they resist the forces of Iuz and the Great Kingdom. Players direct armies and manage the political and military resources of these realms, balancing internal disputes, taxation, alliances, defenses, and offensives. The game focuses on strategic decisions as the free states prepare for invasion and attempt to recover lost territory.
