A support magazine for the Great Campaigns of the American Civil War series, featuring historical articles, rules clarifications, strategy and design discussion, and a series replay. It includes a new Piedmont scenario, two historical mini-modules covering Jubal Early’s 1864 raid on Washington and the 1862 Fredericksburg Campaign, and a modified set of victory conditions for the Maryland Campaign. The issue provides an off-map movement chart, Alexandria and Baltimore map additions, and a 140-counter die-cut sheet to support the mini-modules and scenarios.
