The Stone-Flesh Gift

A light-prep sci-fi horror module for the Mothership RPG, centered on exploration and body horror. Players investigate the Gift, a lost ceremonial offering that is both an ancient alien bioengineering factory and a living ship, traversing its organs, avoiding hazards, uncovering its secrets, and connecting their brains to its flesh to experience its thoughts. The module includes 25 organs, 12 creatures, hazards, and NPCs, 10 diseases with rules for spreading them, 23 items and materials with recipes, a d100 search table, a custom ship manifest, and rules for operating and repairing the ship’s life support, flight controls, FTL systems, and digestion.
