New destination tickets (fan expansion for Ticket to Ride Europe)

This fan expansion adds 18 new destination tickets to Ticket to Ride Europe: six blue long routes and twelve green routes worth 14–17 points. At the start of the game, each player takes one blue, one green, and two brown destination cards instead of one blue and three brown cards. No other rules change.
