This setting supplement describes the 26 tribes of the Kubora, a tribal people inhabiting the Peran wilderness of northwestern Hârn. It details their varying fortunes, customs, and relationships, including Ryler the Southron’s confederation of nearly 5,000 Kubora from seven tribes.
