Ultimate Relationships (Pathfinder)

A relationship system for Pathfinder campaigns that gives significant NPCs their own progression, secrets, and shared challenges. As PCs build connections, they uncover each NPC’s story and face hurdles together. The rules support different approaches to developing relationships rather than relying on a single skill, allowing characters to progress at their own pace. They can be used in any campaign and expanded with modules featuring NPCs from published Adventure Paths.
