Verbal Diplomacy

This sourcebook expands negotiations and political deal-making in a modern d20/OGL setting. It introduces new uses for Appraise, Gather Information, Knowledge, and Perform, along with more than 15 feats covering arbitration, objectives, public support, reading a room, and other social situations. Rules for bureaucratic red tape add obstacles that can delay or complicate characters’ plans.
