Victory's Vault Volume 2, Issue 03

A supplement of equipment and opportunities for adventurers and villains, presented by Miss Cindy Wondderra, keeper of a corporation’s vaults of Victory. It includes a selection of weapons from the Era, a unique armor item, a vehicle suited to heroes or villains, and a white-elephant offering such as an animal, playable Package, Special Abilities, or location. Notes cover Wondderra’s sales pitch and the possible benefits or consequences of haggling.
