The book also provides adventure scenarios and ideas, rules for creating super organizations, government S.C.R.E.T. teams, new robots, weapons, equipment, and other devices. The revised edition adds the Jury, a secret organization that polices superheroes who have gone bad, and supports play across several Palladium settings.
