Pathfinders travel to the frozen Viking city of Trollheim in the Lands of the Linnorm Kings to deliver a package to an allied scholar. Unwelcome among the isolated, suspicious locals, they must navigate the rugged settlement and earn enough trust to complete their mission—or face exile and worse. This Pathfinder Society scenario is designed for characters of 1st–5th level and begins the three-part Shades of Ice campaign arc. It is intended for organized play but can be adapted to other settings.
