Ancient Civilizations of the Inner Sea

Players guide ancient Mediterranean civilizations as they expand, trade, build and wage war across land and sea. Each player controls one or more cultures through scenarios or full campaigns spanning multiple epochs, developing cities, constructing Wonders, fielding armies and fleets, and deploying Event cards that introduce heroes, technologies, disasters and upheavals. Play supports one to six players with dedicated solitaire scenarios; turns are card- and choice-driven rather than dice-dependent, and games range from short scenario skirmishes to longer multi-epoch contests for regional dominance.
