Dark Souls: The Board Game

Players take on the roles of armored adventurers exploring a hostile, interconnected dungeon filled with monsters and bosses. The map unfolds as players reveal tiles, creating locations and spawning foes during the course of a scenario. Combat uses stamina-driven actions and an enemy behavior system that dictates reactions and attack patterns, demanding careful planning and timing. Scenarios feature varied minibosses and major boss encounters, with scalable difficulty for 1–4 players and emergent behavior that changes how each fight plays out.

I love everything except that game takes INSANE number of hours. 120 min! don't make me laugh. It took one day around 6 hours to just finish the small boss. No way trying the other boss. We had to repeat and repeat around 3 times the whole scenary to get better and better to be able to kill it. Something else I don't like is that when you die, everything stays the same. So you have to repeat the same strategies that made you win, which discourages you a LOT from repeating the whole scenary to get to the end.

Good port from the videogame. More or less the same, kill a lot of enemies, beat a final boss and die a lot of times to do the same. I'm not a pretty big fan of the videogame, nor of the board game, but it's original and pretty tense, but maybe too long.
