Empires in Harm

A strategic and diplomatic Napoleonic wargame for seven to ten players, covering warfare in Europe during the 18th and early 19th centuries. Players direct military campaigns and manage international relations across several campaign options. Military counters generally represent army corps and naval squadrons; each army factor corresponds to roughly 1,000–3,000 men, while each ship represents a ship of the line or several frigates and sloops.
