Feudality

Players take the roles of medieval barons and baronesses managing a personal fiefdom and striving to increase wealth and standing. Each player uses a gridded Fiefdom Management card to place a keep, fortifications, soldiers, resource gatherers, and buildings across a 7x7 layout, filling up to 49 deployable squares. Gameplay involves tile placement and spatial planning to grow resources and earn victory points while resolving events such as wars, invasions, tournaments, and taxation. Interaction and occasional combat affect holdings and scoring as players balance expansion, defense, and obligations to their liege.
