Zen Garden

Players act as architects creating a tranquil imperial garden by drafting and placing tiles featuring paths, statues, and flora. On each turn a player takes one available tile, pays its cost, and adds it adjacent to an existing tile in their garden; play continues as the market refills and the starting player rotates. Five interchangeable preference boards set the Emperor’s scoring priorities each game, changing which features and arrangements earn points and guiding player tactics.
