Players lead research teams seeking treasures from a legendary sunken city by hiring divers and reserving ships before diving. On their turns players recruit divers, allocate ships, and send teams on underwater expeditions to recover treasures that score points at game end. A hurricane card in the deck signals the storm; when it appears, all dives end and players tally collected treasures to determine the winner.
