Concordia: Balearica / Cyprus

Players command fleets among four Balearic islands, placing and moving ships, building colonists later in the game, and vying for control of provinces without a central capital. A new fish commodity replaces the usual Prefect bonus in affected provinces; failed production can yield up to two fish. Fish are sold at a separate fishmarket board for goods, money, or special actions, adding a trading layer and planning decisions. The fishmarket can be used with this island map, the base map, or other expansions. The opposite side of the board provides an alternate Cyprus map for additional play options.
