Dark Frontier

A science-fiction card-driven battle game in which rival captains vie for control of a galaxy through colonization, combat and resource collection. Players construct decks from a comprehensive boxed set, choose a faction and spaceship, then play orders and army cards to move forces, gather crystals, colonize planets and attack enemy ships or worlds. The box provides a complete, non-random card pool and assorted markers for tracking area control and resources. Multiple play modes support solo and cooperative campaign scenarios, one-on-one duels (including narrative options), and free-for-all multiplayer, each with distinct victory conditions such as planet conquest, resource accumulation, or forcing opponents to abandon their missions.
