Dice Realms

Players build and customize a medieval realm represented by dice whose faces can be swapped and upgraded. Each round, players roll their dice simultaneously while one player rolls a Fate die that imposes global effects such as Winter or attacks. Dice show lands (victory points), farming (grain), commerce (coins), settlements (defense), and progress (upgrades); coins buy upgrades, rerolls, repair, or new dice, while grain feeds dice during Winter. Upgrades and crossgrades change die faces and dot values to skew future rolls, and attacks and shields interact to harm or protect rivals. The game ends when large-value tokens are spent; final score counts VP chips plus improved face values.
