Disney Villainous: The Worst Takes it All

Players take control of a different Disney villain, each with an individual player board, villain deck, fate deck, and sculpted figure. On a turn, the active player moves between locations on their board, performs the actions shown there (often by playing cards from hand), and then draws back up to four cards. Cards include allies, items, effects, conditions, and curses that help advance a unique win condition specific to each villain. One action lets a player draw from another villain’s fate deck and play a card onto that opponent’s board to hinder their progress.

I love the artwork of this game and if you are a fan of disney it is a must-have. The playing time of this game can be way more than 120min, it relies on the villains. I would say it is suitable for even more than 6 players if you are ready to spend more than 5 hours haha

Do I have to move my Villain on my turn, or can I stay where I am?

You must move your Villain to a different unlocked location — you may not stay at your previous location (page 5).

If I defeat a Hero and that uncovers action symbols at my location, can I perform those actions on the same turn?

Yes — if an action symbol at your location is uncovered during your turn, you may immediately perform that action (page 11).

When I take a Fate action and reveal two cards, what happens if one or both cards can’t be played?

If a revealed Fate card cannot be played it is discarded; if both revealed cards cannot be played you must discard both without effect (pages 6, 11).

When vanquishing a Hero do I use only the printed Strength or do I include other card modifiers?

Always consider all card Abilities in effect when determining a Hero’s (or Ally’s) Strength — include modifiers from other cards (pages 7, 11).

If a Hero’s Strength is reduced to 0 by other effects, can I just remove that Hero from the Realm?

No — you must still defeat the Hero with a Vanquish action or a card Ability; if you Vanquish you may do so without discarding Allies when their Strength is effectively 0 (page 11).

Do I have to take every action at a location and how many times can I do them?

Actions are optional; you may perform any or all available actions in any order, and each action may be performed once for each symbol shown (pages 5–6).
