Impulse

Use multi-use cards to explore, expand, exploit, and exterminate in outer space. Players build a shared hex-shaped board from cards, command transports to activate sectors, and deploy cruisers to patrol space and destroy opposing ships. Each turn, add a card to the shared Impulse and resolve its actions, balancing benefits for personal fleets against advantages given to opponents. Colored minerals and additional transports boost actions. Score points by destroying ships, controlling the central sector’s edges, and completing objectives; the first player to reach 20 points wins.
