Players act as investors buying private companies in auctions and converting them into corporations or selling them as subsidiaries to existing corporations. Majority shareholders control corporate actions such as issuing shares, paying dividends, and acquiring subsidiaries, while an automated foreign investor can also purchase companies. Themed around transportation, the card-driven companies progress from early Prussian railroads through wider Europe and ultimately into space; older companies decline and may be written off, affecting owners’ book value. There is no map or track building: networking effects appear as synergies between geographically adjacent subsidiaries, and the focus is on auctioning, trading, and share-management.
