In 1982, aquaforming has raised sea levels and submerged much of Germany and the rest of the world. Flooded cities are now ruins inhabited by sharks, krakens, and whales in a changed maritime environment. Players own salvage cruisers and set out across the Prussian Sea to recover treasures from sunken ruins and tow abandoned ships to nearby harbours. Adventures also involve pirate attacks, Dutch seafaring nomads, and oceanic nobles pursuing their own schemes. The rules and scenarios combine maritime exploration with an unmistakable 1980s atmosphere.
