An expansion that adds Romulan ships, scenarios and supporting components for a tactical starship combat system set in the 24th-century space-opera setting. Includes new vessel counters, ship logs and scenario packets that integrate with the base game’s rules, expanding force options and mission variety for both Romulan and Federation forces. Players command individual ships, manage power and systems, plot movement and resolve combat using the series’ record-sheet-driven mechanics and scenario objectives.
