A single-player solo gamebook expansion that turns the Mars mission into a narrative rescue operation. Players assume the role of an astronaut responding to a mysterious distress signal and navigate branching scenarios that represent the board game's events in a written, choose-your-own-adventure format. Gameplay emphasizes resource management, time pressure, and decision-making under tense interpersonal conditions within the crew. Cards and scenario entries drive outcomes, tracking dwindling supplies, mission risks, and the evolving status of crew members as the player attempts to reach the signal and resolve the mystery.
