Players hire advisors through an initial bidding round; each advisor grants a special ability that affects later play. The game proceeds with a house auction phase where players use money and advisor effects to acquire properties, then a selling phase where houses are sold for profit, with advisors influencing both acquisition and sale outcomes. Gameplay adds an extra strategic layer to the familiar two-phase structure by making advisor selection and timing important to maximize income across the acquisition and selling rounds.
