A single bonus ability card that sits by the University action and changes how picks are resolved. When a player takes the University action, they take this card (from the University or another player) and place it in front of them. While a player controls the card, they gain one extra “3rd shift” pick during the Plant Breeding Phase; after all 2nd shift picks resolve, they may take any one die as a 3rd shift pick before normal research shift picks proceed in turn order.
