Hoity Toity

English aristocrats build collections of antiques by buying or stealing cards representing old objects. Players choose one of a few actions each round—typically offers to purchase, to steal, or to pass—and reveal decisions simultaneously. Outcomes depend on matching and outguessing opponents in a rock–paper–scissors–style interaction, with the goal of assembling the largest and oldest collection by game end. Rounds play quickly and focus on deduction and prediction as players try to anticipate others’ moves and adjust their choices accordingly. The game supports three to six players and emphasizes bluffing and timing over complex bookkeeping.
