Mecha vs Kaiju (Fate)

This anime-inspired roleplaying game uses the Fate Core system to portray mecha pilots battling giant kaiju in an alternate-history Japan. Players create characters from anime archetypes, design custom robots with weapons, armor, and other systems, and confront monsters capable of destroying cities. The setting includes modern skills, supernatural rules, a secret history of Japan, and a timeline spanning the origins of kaiju through the modern era. Mecha and kaiju can be built with simple aspects or detailed point-based systems, while the included campaign follows pilots from recruits to experienced aces.
