Puerto Rico: Buccaneer

Adds a new role to the role-selection pool that lets a player perform one of four pirate-themed actions when chosen. Options include removing goods from a transport ship and storing up to three, clearing the trading house for victory points, reducing the colonist ship and placing up to three colonists immediately on the island, or "catching" an unused role to claim its doubloons (and potentially force another player to pay to use it). The buccaneer action affects only the choosing player and a small reward card passes to the current buccaneer; the role cannot be retaken by the same player until another player has chosen it.
