Yggdrasil: Asgard

This expansion adds an Asgard phase where each deity can enter a Trance for a single action. While entranced a deity cannot fight or use its normal power, but every deity — including the entranced one — gains the Trance ability printed on the tile. Trance abilities vary: some trigger after combat dice to discard Viking souls, others remove multiple Fire Giants from a chosen bag during a Kingdom of Fire action. An entranced deity may spend an action to exit the Trance and immediately regain its normal power and fighting capability. The set provides twelve double‑sided deity tiles (normal power on one side, Trance power on the other) covering deities from the base game, previous promotions, and four new additions; players flip tiles to change a deity’s state.
