Zoned Out

Players develop a growing metropolis by placing square city cards that overlap at least one existing square. Residential, commercial, and industrial zones, along with downtown construction, provide points. After placing a card, each player moves their planner within its four squares. Leaving a zone scores points based on its size, with bonuses for connected parks and mansions and penalties for connected parking lots and abandoned houses. Players also contribute to downtown towers, which score at the end of the game. An advanced mode adds public and private city objectives.
