Lobotomy 2: Manhunt

Players take on the roles of asylum patients trying to survive and escape a brutal institution while questioning what is real and what is delusion. Gameplay is cooperative and scenario-driven, using a modular board that combines interior asylum rooms and outdoor areas that can expand during play. Players manage movement, combat, and character resources, use unique character abilities and personal goals, and craft weapon and equipment upgrades from scavenged junk. A cooldown and Warden-timer mechanic creates escalating pressure, and scenarios link into an overarching story while also offering a sandbox mode for open-ended play.
