A two-player operational wargame of the 1942–43 southern Russian campaigns. Players command Axis or Soviet forces at the army and air fleet scale, moving units on a hex map with monthly turns and engaging in combined movement-and-combat activations. Combat and air operations resolve through a single combat system using a Combat Results Table; counters carry no printed combat or movement factors. The game includes naval elements, strategic warfare and diplomacy, and offers historical or variable unit entry timelines for scenario setup.
