Construction & Corruption

Players compete as construction contractors, earning more money by holding onto contracts longer. Accumulated wealth and insufficient work can attract corruption and federal investigations, while successful players may face attacks from rivals. Bartering, trading, and negotiation drive the free-for-all gameplay. Players may exchange money, Investigation Cards, contracts and their corruption, Keys to the City, the First Player Token, and promises. Promises are nonbinding, allowing players to change their plans and break agreements.
