Drones VS Goélands

A fast-paced line control game where players place cards of varying strength on bases to build combos. Overcoming an opponent’s force conquers a base and activates its bonus effect, which may help capture others. Players aim to control seven bases simultaneously or hold the majority when a round ends. The first player to win two rounds wins the game.

Smart little combo game. PROS - It is easy to teach and learn. - It creates moments in which players can feel smart. CONS - The theme is... kinda weird. I guess it'll lose players because of it. - The game is 100% deterministic: a novice will never win against someone with a good understanding of it. This makes it less suitable for casually getting a game with a new person.
