Players reenact the Apollo 8 mission, assembling Mission cards and spending Maneuver tokens while managing Alerts that threaten the flight. Turns involve acquiring objectives, resolving maneuvers, and collecting rewards that represent successful photographic opportunities. Players score Honors for the quality of images captured and for achieving historic milestones, and the highest total Honors determines the winner.
