First Contact
Aliens arrive and attempt to communicate with ancient Egyptians through drawn symbols. Players take turns as the alien, drawing strange glyphs to convey which earthly items they want, while the others interpret those clues to identify the objects. Aliens race to be the first to collect requested souvenirs and return home, and human players score points for correctly deducing meanings and building a consistent vocabulary. The game centers on associative deduction and evolving symbol-meaning relationships across multiple rounds.
