Glen More II: Chronicles
Players lead rival Scottish clans across centuries, expanding territory, producing goods and collecting landmarks. Gameplay uses a time-track tile draft where the last player on the track takes a tile, pays its cost, places it into their map and triggers that tile and adjacent tiles to produce resources, movement points, victory points and other effects. Players build pastures and fields, distill whisky from barley, trade on markets, recruit notable persons with ongoing or one-shot benefits, and compete for landmark control. The game plays over four rounds with periodic scoring and end-game bonuses and penalties based on whisky, people, landmarks, gold and relative territory size. Optional Chronicle modules add new mechanics and scenarios that can be mixed into the base game.

Rules questions
Answered from the rulebook by Ludoya's rules assistant.
Can I buy resources from the Market and keep them for later use?
No — you may only buy resources if you use them immediately to pay a cost or activate something; “It is not possible to buy resources to keep as a supply.” (p.10).
When and how does the Die remove a Tile from the Rondel?
If the Die is used and is in the last Rondel position it is rolled and moved forward the number shown; it skips Tiles with a Chronicle icon and the Tile where it stops is moved to the Discard Pile (the Die does not remove The End Tile). (p.8).
Do new Tiles have to touch a side of an existing Tile or is corner-touching OK, and do they need to be near a Scotsman?
A new Tile must share at least one side (corner-only is not enough) with an existing Tile, and the placement location must be adjacent (orthogonally or diagonally) to one of your Scotsmen — both rules must be satisfied. (pp.11–12).
What happens when I overbuild a Tile — do one-time effects or resources disappear?
Overbuild Tiles must match type and river and are placed on top of the previous Tile; one-time effects of the overbuilt Tile are retained, and any resources and Scotsmen on the old Tile are placed on the new Tile. (p.12).
If I take a Person, does that Tile join my territory or activate my tiles?
No — a Person is placed in your separate supply and is not added to your territory nor does it activate tiles, but it grants a one-time effect that lets you place a Clan Marker on the Clan Board (paying any road cost). (p.16).
How does the final scoring treat territory size penalties and ties?
After the final scoring, each player loses 3 VP for every Tile they have more than the player with the fewest Tiles (Persons do not count), then each Coin is worth 1 VP; ties are broken by most resources, and if still tied players share the victory. (p.17).
