Iberos: Overlords of the Ancient Peninsula

Struggle for control of the Iberian Peninsula from 237 to 19 BC, covering the Second Punic War, Roman conquest, civil wars, and the Cantabrian campaigns. Each yearly turn includes income, troop payment, recruitment, and administration, followed by operations for armies and tribal forces. Players conduct combat, diplomacy, sieges, pillaging, mercenary recruitment, and colonization before retiring to winter quarters. Regular and irregular combat rules reflect the contrasting warfare of invading armies and local tribes, while leaders, prestige, changing alliances, and random events influence the campaigns across nine scenarios.
